Coronafeirws (COVID-19) – Y wybodaeth ddiweddaraf

23/03/2020 @ 21:00

Yn unol â chyhoeddiad diweddaraf y Prif Weinidog, caiff cwsmeriaid eu hatgoffa na ddylent deithio oni bai bod hynny’n hollol angenrheidiol. Mae nifer o weithredwyr yn rhedeg gwasanaeth mwy cyfyngedig er mwyn helpu gweithwyr allweddol i deithio ac er mwyn i bobl allu mynd i siopa am nwyddau hanfodol a diwallu eu hanghenion meddygol.

Hoffem sicrhau ein cwsmeriaid ein bod yn dal i ddarparu gwybodaeth am drafnidiaeth gyhoeddus drwy ein gwefan, ein ap a’n rhif Rhadffôn yn ôl yr arfer ar hyn o bryd. Byddwn wrth law i roi’r wybodaeth ddiweddaraf i chi gan weithredwyr ledled Cymru wrth i’r sefyllfa barhau i newid.

Os na fyddwch yn gallu cael ateb y tro cyntaf ar ein rhif Rhadffôn (0800 464 00 00 rhwng 7am ac 8pm bob dydd) oherwydd bod y llinellau’n brysur, ceisiwch ffonio eto’n nes ymlaen a throwch at y dudalen hon i gael y wybodaeth ddiweddaraf. Fel arall, gallwch gysylltu â ni drwy:

  • Anfon ebost atom yn feedback@traveline.cymru
  • Llenwi ein ffurflen adborth
  • Anfon neges atom ar Facebook neu Twitter @TravelineCymru (byddwn hefyd yn aildrydar y manylion diweddaraf gan weithredwyr).

Prif flaenoriaeth pob gweithredwr yw sicrhau bod eu staff a’u cwsmeriaid yn ddiogel. O ganlyniad, mae’n bosibl y bydd mesurau iechyd a diogelwch ychwanegol yn cael eu cyflwyno er mwyn helpu i atal COVID-19 rhag ymledu, ac mae’n bosibl y bydd amserlenni’n cael eu newid ac y bydd llai o wasanaethau’n cael eu darparu.

Mae’r sefyllfa yn newid yn gyflym, felly mae’n bosibl na fyddwn yn gallu newid ein Cynlluniwr Taith a’n tudalen Amserlenni yn ddigon buan i adlewyrchu newidiadau munud olaf i wasanaethau. Byddem yn cynghori ein cwsmeriaid i droi at y dudalen hon cyn teithio er mwyn iddynt allu cael y wybodaeth ddiweddaraf.

Dylech barhau i ddilyn y cyngor diweddaraf gan Iechyd Cyhoeddus Cymru ynghylch COVID-19, sy’n cynnwys beth y dylech ei wneud os oes gennych symptomau a pha gamau gweithredu y mae angen i chi eu cymryd i atal y feirws rhag ymledu, a dilyn y cyngor diweddaraf ynghylch cadw pellter cymdeithasol a defnyddio trafnidiaeth gyhoeddus. Mae rhagor o gyngor i’w weld hefyd ar wefannau Llywodraeth y DU a’r GIG.

Oherwydd bod y sefyllfa hon yn un sy’n newid yn gyflym, efallai na fydd modd i ni ddarparu’r wybodaeth yn Gymraeg bob amser. Hoffem ymddiheuro am unrhyw anghyfleustra.

Mae’r cyngor a'r wybodaeth ddiweddaraf gan weithredwyr i’w gweld isod:

Cardiff Airport

Please visit the Cardiff Airport website for additional information and guidance for passengers due to travel, measures in place at the airport and more.

24/03/2020

Cardiff Airport is closely following guidance provided by the relevant authorities in relation to updated procedures for COVID-19.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will update our customers as required. If you are due to travel, please contact your airline or travel agent for information before coming to the airport.

From 24th March there will be no shops or food & drink outlets open in the terminal.  Passengers should bring their own refreshments as needed.  Water will be available.

The Executive Lounge is closed until further notice. If you have a booking, please contact the company you made the booking with.

The safety and security of our team and customers is our number one priority.

Cardiff Airport statement: Deb Bowen Rees, CEO at Cardiff Airport said “The current global situation is unprecedented with airports and airlines across the world feeling the impact of a number of issues.  The travel industry challenges have been exaggerated by Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and earlier this month Flybe went into administration because of a slowdown in bookings.

“While we’re feeling the impact at Cardiff Airport we are in a stronger position because of our business growth and diversification over the past few years.  We are confident that although in the short term flights and passenger numbers will be affected, we are in a strong position to bounce back when the recovery comes.

“In terms of customer advice; some flights are operating and all customers should check with their airline, tour operator or travel agent before travelling to the airport to ensure they have the latest information. Passengers can travel within the guidelines outlined by the FCO and updated UK Government advice.  A number of airlines are offering more flexibility with bookings to allow for any changes that are needed, this gives our passengers the confidence they can travel or amend their plans.

“The situation is constantly changing and we will continue to stay in close contact with the relevant Government authorities to get the latest guidance and advice.  The safety and security of our team and customers remains our number one priority.”
