Cardiff Bus services will divert on Sunday 9th of July due to Velothon Wales.

Baycar (service 6)
This service will be suspended until approx. 09:30. Between 09:30 and 14:45 buses will only travel between St Mary Street (Wyndham Arcade) and Porth Teigr, and will not serve the city centre loop.

Services 8 & 9A
First bus until 09:30
Buses will split in the city centre and will not run across the city as one bus.  Buses between Cardiff Bay and the Sports Village will start and end on Westgate Street (Royal Hotel KH) and buses between the UHW Heath Hospital and the city centre will start and end on Churchill Way during this time. 

09:30 – 18:00
Buses from Heath Hospital to Cardiff Bay/Sports Village will travel via Heath Hospital, Whitchurch Road, Crown Way, North Road, Boulevard de Nantes, Dumfries Place, Station Terrace, Bute Terrace and Customhouse Street, St Mary Street and Wood Street where buses will follow their normal route to the bay or Sports Village.  Customers wishing to catch the bus in the city centre can do so from St Mary Street (Philharmonic bus stop)

Buses from Cardiff Bay/Sports Village to Heath Hospital will follow their normal route as far as Churchill Way then travel via Dumfries Place, Boulevard de Nantes, North Road, Gabalfa Interchange to Heath Hospital. 

A shuttle bus will run between the city centre and City Road from 09:30 – 18:00.  The shuttle bus will stop at bus stops St Mary Street (Wyndham Arcade), Bute Terrace and Churchill Way in the city centre.

Services 11, 44, 45, 49, 50, 52, 57 and 58
From first bus until 09:30
Buses will start and end at Churchill Way.

From 09:30 until 14:45 buses will enter the city centre via Station Terrace, Bute Terrace, Customhouse Street and St Mary Street (Philharmonic) where journeys will end.  Journeys from the city centre will start from Westgate Street (Royal Hotel KH) then follow their normal routes.

Service 13
From the first bus until 14:45
Buses from Cyncoed towards the Drope will enter the city centre via Station Terrace, Bute Terrace, Customhouse Street and St Mary Street before continuing along their normal route to Drope along Westgate Street.

From first bus until 18:00 buses will run via Wellfield Road, Penylan Road and Cyncoed in both directions.

Services 21, 23, 24 from the city, 25 to the city and 27
From first bus until 14:45 buses will start and end in Greyfriars Road.

Service 28B
From first bus until 14:45
Buses will start and end on Greyfriars Road.

From 08:45 until 18:00 buses between the city centre and Llanishen Village will travel via North Road, Caerphilly Road, Heathwood Road, Crystal Glen, Fishguard Road and Ty Glas Road in both directions.

Service 30
The 09:30 departure towards Newport will start in Greyfriars Road.  After this and until 14:45 buses towards Newport will start in Customhouse Street and will exit the city centre via Bute Terrace, lower Churchill Way and Station Terrace.

Service 35
From first bus until 14:45 buses will start and end in Greyfriars Road.

From first bus until 18:00 buses between the city centre and Gabalfa Interchange will travel via North Road towards Gabalfa, and via Whitchurch Road, Crown Way and North Road towards the city centre.

Service X45
From the first bus until 09:30 buses will split in the city centre and not run across the city as one bus.  Buses to and from Cardiff Bay Retail Park will start and end on Westgate Street (Royal Hotel KH) and buses to and from St Mellons will start and end on Churchill Way. 

From 09:30 until 14:45
Journeys from St Mellons towards Cardiff Bay Retail Park will follow their normal route to the city centre then enter via Station Terrace, Bute Terrace and Customhouse Street to St Mary Street and Wood Street where buses will then follow their normal route to the retail park.  Customers wishing to catch the bus in the city centre can do so from St Mary Street (Philharmonic bus stop)

Journeys from Cardiff Bay Retail Park towards St Mellons will follow their normal route from 09:30.

Services 17, 18, 61, 62, 63, 64, 91, 92, 94, 96A and X59 will follow their normal routes.
