Please be aware that we are currently experiencing a technical issue on our mobile site, whereby customers are unable to select the ‘Change Direction’ button on a service timetable.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this and thank you for your patience. Our technical team are working to resolve error as soon as possible.

In the meantime, you can do the following:

  • When you search for your timetable, two versions will show for both directions of travel (for example, Cardiff to Swansea or Swansea to Cardiff). You can still access each of these timetables individually.
  • Select the ‘Download PDF’ timetable button instead to access your timetable (in both directions) in full.
  • Access our website on a desktop device, where the ‘Change Direction’ button is functioning as should.
