Rhydhelig Avenue will be closed to traffic for re-surfacing work from Thursday 22nd June for up to 3 weeks.
During this time, Cardiff buses on services 1, 2, 8, 9A, 15, 51, 53, 64 and 65 will divert as follows:
Services 1, 15 (to Heath Hospital)
Buses will follow their normal route to Gabalfa Interchange (Appledore Road bus stop) then enter the hospital via the A48 slip road and Academic Avenue to Heath Park Way where they will return to their normal route.
Services 8 and 9A to Heath Hospital
Buses will follow their normal route to Gabalfa Interchange (Whitchurch Road bus stop) then enter the hospital via the A48 slip road and Academic Avenue to Heath Park Way where they will return to their normal route.
Services 51, 64 & 65 to Heath Hospital
Buses will follow their normal route to Birchgrove then divert via Caerphilly Road to Gabalfa Interchange and enter the hospital via the A48 slip road and Academic Avenue to Heath Park Way where they will return to their normal route.
Services 2, 53, 64 & 65 from Heath Hospital
Buses will follow their normal route to Ty Maeth in Heath Hospital then divert via the A48 overbridge to Gabalfa Interchange where they will continue along their normal route.
Services 8, 9A and 15 from Heath Hospital
Buses will follow their normal route to the bus stop opposite the Main Entrance of the hospital then divert via the A48 overbridge to Gabalfa Interchange where they will continue along their normal route.
As a result, the bus stop opposite A&E will not be served in the hospital grounds.
